Manage Enquiries and Customers
Add customers and contacts quickly and easily to BMS and then track communications and enquiries, with call reminders. Multiple delegates can be added to customer accounts, including a ‘photo, so that you can always cross reference course attendees.
In BMS, a course only has to be added once. When the information for your course has been added, you simply select the relevant one for your customer. Making sure the right instructor is available for a course is really important, so each member of staff you add to BMS can be allocated / available for a course only if they are qualified to take it and, of course, available in the diary. There is a staff and course diary for quick viewing of what is happening at any time – great for admin and training staff alike!
Work with Accreditation Bodies
BMS gives you the ability to work with your accreditation bodies with automated certificate production and the potential to integrate with them, so that course results and other information only has to be inputted once in BMS.
Output information to your favourite programs
